Call board.reorder

Move a project to a new place among the projects beside it — 'put Analytics before Today', 'make the client tab the last one', 'move Spring launch to the top'. It changes the order the Dashboard's tabs, or a project's sub-projects, read in; nothing moves into or out of anything. Say exactly one of: the sibling it goes before, the one it goes after, or first or last. A project at the top level of the workspace is ordered by activity and cannot be placed by hand. Not for putting it inside a different project — that is work.file.

Every result names the workspace it ran in. Say which workspace the answer is about. When the account has more than one workspace and none is selected, this tool refuses with workspace_ambiguous and lists the choices — offer them, never pick one.
