Requires user authentication with one of the following authorization scopes: - https://www.googleapis.com/auth/chat.messages.create - https://www.googleapis.com/auth/chat.messages - https://www.googleapis.com/auth/chat.import (import mode spaces only) You can upload attachments up to 200 MB.
