Neighborhood geography words for a state — every named neighborhood, Census Designated Place, and alias the gazetteer knows, each as the filter chip it resolves to ({field: 'neighborhood', op: 'eq', value: <canonical name>}).

For the page grammar and the interpreter: a buyer's "capitol hill" or "south austin" matches a word here and becomes a neighborhood chip. has_polygon says whether records can carry the stamp; point-only names ship lat / lon / radius_m so a radius predicate can stand in for the missing polygon. Empty until the gazetteer is loaded for the state (docs/reference/NEIGHBORHOOD_SOURCES.md).
