List Jobs

List recent pipeline jobs, optionally filtered by state and/or status.

verbose defaults to False: each stage_runs[].metrics is trimmed to a small set of counters (records_in, records_out, matched, no_match, error). This keeps the response small enough for agent consumers — a full state pull's raw metrics can exceed 1MB of token context. The dashboard passes ?verbose=true to get the full metrics blob.
