How many leads this connection has ever received — the delivery ledger, aggregated. The question every partner conversation starts with.

Pure DB read, no partner API calls. delivered_total counts status='delivered' ledger rows — the exact never-twice set the engine dedups against, so it IS "records this partner holds from us." Failed attempts are reported separately (they never block a retry and are not partner inventory). Weekly buckets + the recent publish jobs give the push history at a glance.
