Replay Tracerfy Start

Launch a replay job and return immediately.

The work runs in the background; the report lands in S3 at s3://<bucket>/enrichment/_replay/tracerfy/reports/<report_id>.json. Poll GET /admin/replay-tracerfy/{report_id} for completion.
