Get Unsubscribe Confirm

Show the unsubscribe confirmation page. Mutates nothing.

A GET request (including automated link prefetches and email scanners) must never trigger an opt-out. Only the subsequent POST does.

An invalid or missing token still returns a page (neutral error) rather than an error status so that automated probes get no useful oracle signal.
