Share a project data entry sharable with another user or user group

In the request, the operation parameter specifies how to modify a project data entry. In this API call, operation is always set to SET so that the project data entry gets updated in the following way: all existing information about sharing this entry is removed, and new information (who to share this entry with) is added.
