Get roles for a project

This API returns the list of user roles existing in the project. The user roles are listed by their IDs. The values for role IDs vary by project.

To get a specific user role only (for example, the Administrator user role or the Viewer user role), use the identifier parameter set to the user role identifier, for example:

.../gdc/projects/{project_id}/roles?identifier=adminRole
