Start data upload to custom date dimension

Include the path to zip file on the WebDav directory where you uploaded data in the request body and provide list of dataset identifiers you want to load data into. The upload archive must be named <name>.csv.zip and must contain <name>.csv (CSV file with data). No manifest is needed.
