Every render template this account has saved, most recently updated first. System templates are not here — catalog.renderOptions lists those, and both kinds of id are accepted wherever a templateId is taken.

How many to return (1–100). Defaults to 100, which is what this list answered before it was paged.

The nextCursor of the previous page. Opaque: do not build one.
