fetchFundraisingPageMoments

Retrieves the P2P moment a fundraiser selected at create time and their submitted answers to the moment's questions. Whitelabel P2P fundraisers are read from the native tables (flag-gated); other fundraisers via their GFM consumer mapping. Returns 204 when no moment data is available.
