Nav items the caller may show in HaloNav.

accountId is optional on the wire; Dock adds the account escalation log only when the signed-in user owns the selected account. deskId is accepted for HaloNav compatibility and unused.

HomeApp publishes the single global Home item from its own catalog. Account Settings and Platform Settings are user-menu modules. Platform Settings is available to verified @gocrisp.com callers. Organization owners receive Organization settings unless they are internal Organizations module readers, who retain the existing Platform Settings entry. The account-scoped escalation log is added only for account owners.
