Create a group in an organization

Dock derives the canonical {organizationId}/{slug} id from displayName unless groupId is given. The creator is not granted anything on the group's sharable entity: that entity sits under a platform-scope module, where human grants are limited to Crisp Employees, and org editor already governs the group.
