Retrieves list of order IDs from the system for later processing via the POST endpoint. The number of entries returned varies depending on which platform your store is using

Queues orders for processing. You can optionally specify affiliate id force assign the order to the affiliate, otherwise the system will try and determine the correct affiliate on its own and the order is only assigned if an affiliate is found. If there are > 5 entries, the orders are queued otherwise the orders are processed immediately
