Create User

Create new user and return an access token.

Returns both the created user profile and a JWT access token so the client can authenticate immediately without a separate login call.

The signup locale is negotiated from the Accept-Language header (the Nuxt proxy forwards the active UI locale) and persisted on the new user. The service mints the email-verification token and emits the enriched user.registered (A1) event -- A1 IS the verify-email automation, so the payload carries the verification link -- in this same transaction, BEFORE the endpoint-owned commit.

On success, schedules an onboarding task in ConvOps as a background task — failure-isolated and disabled by default (see integrations.convops).
