Resolve Qr Slug
Legacy alias for printed QR codes -- resolves from agent_link.
Public endpoint -- no authentication required.
Physical QR artifacts encode /q/{slug} -> /resolve/qr/{slug} and cannot be reprinted, so this alias keeps them working by resolving the backfilled slug from agent_link with the SAME response shape and the same boundary guard as /resolve/l/{slug}.
