List Forecast Submissions

Changed on

List historic forecast submissions for the API key's organization.

Results include resubmissions and are ordered by submission time, newest first. Omit user_id to read the whole organization. Embedded deal snapshots are included only when include_deals is true; deal_count always describes the frozen snapshot size.
