Eversign

Checks with Eversign whether the limited POA of an LEI application has been signed online (by the user, or by the authorized signatory it was emailed to), and if it has, records it as PoaCompleted does. Unlike PoaCompleted, which the website calls from Eversign's redirect, the signature is confirmed with Eversign, so this is safe for agents to call.
