One id per attempt; the same event retried carries a new one.

sha256= followed by the hex HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body with the endpoint's signing key.

Received. Any 2xx within 10 seconds counts; anything else is retried.
Changes
Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
