Delete an invitation

Delete an invitation. The person it was sent to can decline it this way; anyone else needs the rights to send it: organisation admin or manager for an organisation invitation, invitation permissions on the project for a project invitation. Fails with 403 for other members of that organisation or project, and with 404 for everyone else.
