Delete a snapshot (key-deletion, irreversible)
Delete a snapshot permanently. SCOPE: one snapshot of your own node disk, inside your own workspace - no other tenant's bytes are reachable from here, and freeing a snapshot that has served its purpose is the expected housekeeping (it bills stored bytes until deleted). Deletion is key-deletion: the stored object becomes unreadable everywhere at once, irreversibly, and every FUTURE create_node(from_snapshot) of it is refused. Nodes already restored from it keep their own volumes and are unaffected. Frees the org's snapshot bound (count and bytes).
