Delete a chart from a mission's dashboard

Delete a chart from your mission's page. Charts are views, not records: the metrics behind one stay queryable and save_chart re-adds it, so dropping a view that stopped being useful loses nothing. Deleting the default promotes the oldest remaining chart.
