Create task

Creates a task within a task list. Either linkedCardId or name must be provided. Requires board editor permissions.

post/task-lists/{taskListId}/tasks

Request

  • Base URL: /api (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
  • URL: /api/task-lists/{taskListId}/tasks
  • Auth: one of:
    • HTTP bearer
    • API key in header X-Api-Key

ID of the card linked to the task

Position of the task within the task list

Name/title of the task (required if linkedCardId is not provided)
