Endpoint for Stripe to send webhook events.

Handles:
- invoice.payment_succeeded - Updates subscription status
- customer.subscription.deleted - Marks subscription as canceled
- customer.subscription.updated - Updates subscription details

**Important**: This endpoint verifies the Stripe signature to ensure
the webhook is legitimate.
