Download US IRS 1099-NEC Archive

Bundle every stored 1099-NEC file for a company into a single zip, across a range of tax years. Returns the zip bytes base64-encoded plus its filename and content type, matching downloadSignedContracts. Workers with no generated form for a year are simply absent.
