List event types

Events a site can be subscribed to: for each, what triggers it, the JSON Schema of its default payload and of the template context, and an example payload. Call it before creating an event subscription: its events take the type values listed here, and its body and URL templates may use the roots of context_schema. The list is the same for every site and account.
