Invalidate Ticker Cache

Invalidate all cache entries for a specific ticker

This deletes:

  • Current price cache
  • Quote cache (stocks only)
  • Historical data cache for all common periods

Args: ticker: Ticker symbol asset_class: 'stock' or 'crypto'

Returns: Dictionary with deletion results

delete/api/cache/invalidate/{ticker}
