Update message draft

Edit a draft in place before it goes out: subject, body_text, scheduled_at. Only a pending_approval row accepts it (any other state answers 409 conflict / message_not_editable, and a message already sent is immutable); an empty change set is 422 nothing_to_update. The edit is stored on the row, so approve_messages afterwards can be a bare confirmation. To have the agent rewrite the draft instead, use regenerate_message.

subjectstring nullable

Email subject line, max 998; null clears it. Ignored on LinkedIn rows.

body_textstring

Full replacement of the draft text, min 1 char, plain text. NOTE the key: the write side is body_text here, while send_message takes body.

scheduled_atstring nullable

ISO 8601 UTC hold time for the send; null = dispatch as soon as approved. Applied when the draft is approved.
