Delete Knowledge document

Delete a Knowledge document with its file and its parse records; answers says what becomes of the answers read from it: delete (the agent never answers from them again; the default) or keep (they stay as Manual answers). The runs that read them keep what they carried.

Contract:

  • MCP tool delete_agent_source, registry package mcp.unibox/agent_sources, mount unibox.knowledge.
  • Operation delete, response envelope delete_simple.
  • Flags: dangerous: the MCP layer gates it behind a preview/commit token, and the effect cannot be undone through this API.
