Delete a Knowledge answer

Delete an answer: the AI SDR never answers from it again; its file and its index document go with it. A hint it resolved stays resolved (the runs that read it keep what they carried).

Contract:

  • MCP tool delete_agent_answer, registry package mcp.unibox/agent_answers, mount unibox.knowledge.
  • Operation delete, response envelope delete_simple.
  • Flags: dangerous: the MCP layer gates it behind a preview/commit token, and the effect cannot be undone through this API.
