Delete website key page

Soft-delete a key page; visits from then on no longer match it, and facts already written keep its key. Idempotent (already_deleted on a repeat).

Contract:

  • MCP tool delete_website_key_page, registry package mcp.signals/website_key_pages, mount signals.website.
  • Operation delete, response envelope delete_simple.
  • Flags: dangerous: the MCP layer gates it behind a preview/commit token, and the effect cannot be undone through this API.
