Approve workflow task

Send a draft a play left waiting for approval (initiator play, status pending, a send-class type or move_to_workflow): a congratulation, a comment, a workflow entry. The task goes scheduled now with the text as edited (variables_snapshot) and leaves through the sender profile's own scheduler and limits. A repeat on a scheduled draft answers already_approved true. A question a play asked is complete_workflow_task; a journey's task is never approved (409). To drop a draft: cancel_workflow_task.

Flags: dangerous: the MCP layer gates it behind a preview/commit token, and the effect cannot be undone through this API.
