Resume workflow record

Release a paused enrollment: paused_on_reply or paused_manual to active. Resuming from paused_on_reply is the continue-after-reply decision, normally the AI SDR's; this is the human or agent override. A live record not paused answers already_active true; a row the person gate holds (waiting_limit, blocked, paused_blocked) is 409 invalid_transition, the gate decides; terminal is 409. reason (max 512) goes to the event payload only.

Contract:

  • MCP tool resume_workflow_record, registry package mcp.playtables/workflow_records, mount playtables.journeys.
  • Operation action, response envelope action.
  • Flags: dangerous: the MCP layer gates it behind a preview/commit token, and the effect cannot be undone through this API.
