Update note

Replace a note's text (body), or move a sticker beside another step (step_id). Team-scoped: any member may edit, created_by stays the author. Never rewrite a sticker a person wrote unless they asked.

Replacement text (full replace, plain text). 1..65535 chars on a person or company note; a sticker may be emptied ("").

A sticker only: move it beside another step of its workflow (null = the workflow as a whole).
