Create a workspace: the caller becomes its owner and first member. It is born suspended with zero limits; the first workspace of a registration gets the trial, a second one stays suspended until the buyer hands it a share of a paid subscription (create_subscription_allocation on /mcp/id/partner). Names are not unique: every call creates a new team.
