Update OAuth client

Edit a client: name, redirect_uris, permissions, grant_types (full replacements) and actor_kind (only tokens minted afterwards carry the new kind). Tightening permissions touches future mints only; live tokens keep their frozen set, so cut access with disable_oauth_client. status moves by disable / enable, client_id and is_confidential never. At least one field.
