Dismiss notification

Dismiss a notification (a soft-delete, the audit row stays; a delivery in flight is not canceled). An in_app row only by its recipient (403 not_the_notification_recipient). Idempotent.

Contract:

  • MCP tool delete_notification, registry package mcp.id/notifications, mount id.notifications.
  • Operation delete, response envelope delete_simple.
  • Flags: dangerous: the MCP layer gates it behind a preview/commit token, and the effect cannot be undone through this API.
