List the harnesses, models and connectors the org can run

One discovery read. Each harness lists the models it runs: a session's or saved agent's model must be a model name listed for its harness, with an effort from that model's list (no effort means the model takes none) and a speed it lists (none listed: standard only). mcp_servers are the remote MCP servers that can be connected with POST /me/connections; apps are the built-in apps it connects as {type: "app", name}, each Google and Microsoft product (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook, Microsoft Calendar, OneDrive) its own, and Buffer.
