Own Solana advisory checks only, no paid advisors. Ten calls per 60 seconds per temporary connection identity by default, including cached calls. Shared results cached up to 120 seconds by default. NO_FLAGS is not safety. Quota and cache reset on restart; quotas are per process, not per unique agent.
