Handle Warm Transfer Webhook

Webhook for the warm-transfer Retell agent.

Separate from /retell/webhook because warm-transfer calls don't pre-exist in our DB (we don't know the retell_call_id until Retell creates the call). This handler upserts the call row, linking it to the originating voice call via the voice_call_id dynamic variable we set in WarmTransferCallAction._execute.
