Accept payments webhooks

checkout_in_progress

The checkout_in_progress webhook is sent when the checkout lifetime reaches its expiration while the latest payment is awaiting buyer action or has been submitted for processing.

Banking payment methods are typical examples where this webhook can be sent, as the payment processing can take several days depending on the bank processing times.

Changes

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
