Read the view the caller last left this table on

The CALLING USER's own: the query string of the table page's address when they last left it (its view, sort, filter and a view's hidden columns), or null when they left it as it opens for anyone. The dashboard opens a bare table address on it. Never a saved view: nobody else's table changes.
