Clear a table cell value

Clear one manual cell so the column's default value renders again (read-your-writes, same contract as the cell edit). When the clear marks formula dependents stale, a small scope is recomputed inline (see recomputed_column_ids) and a larger one requests a cell-edited recompute run. Clearing an already blank cell writes nothing and requests no run.
