Write the AI context from the signup domain

Write a new organization's business context from the company domain in the signed-in user's email address, then return the context as the GET does. Safe to call on every page load: it does nothing when the address is consumer webmail, when any context field already has text in it, when a generation has been run before, or when the signed-in user is not the person who created the organization. The response is the context record plus the generation run, so a caller can poll the run it just started without a second request.
