Replace what the assistant remembers about the user

Runs user.setMemoryNote. Replaces the whole note (up to 4000 characters); learned preferences shown by GET /v1/account/memory are folded into it, so send back the edited text, not a delta. An empty or whitespace-only note clears the memory. Returns { success: true }.
