Update a Study draft

Save an exact planning snapshot using optimistic revision compare-and-swap. A changed snapshot increments revision and returns the snapshot written by that update; an identical snapshot preserves revision and updatedAt. JSON requests are limited to 1 MiB and the versioned payload to 512 KiB. Responses are private and not cached.
