Delete a chat

Permanently delete a stateful chat created with POST /v1/chats together with its messages, Mind assignments and Study Audience memberships. Only the chat owner may delete it; the Minds and Audiences themselves are untouched. Use this to clean up finished conversations. Returns 204 with an empty body.
