Identify the authenticated user

Return the user ID that the presented API key belongs to. Use it to confirm a key is valid at startup, after rotating keys, or to learn which account an integration is acting as. Any rejected credential returns the same generic 401 Unauthorized; the API does not distinguish a missing key from an invalid or revoked one.
