Handle Zoom Webhook All Hosts

Receive webhook events from the ManyMeet OAuth app (shared across all hosts).

Unlike per-host S2S endpoints, every OAuth-connected host routes through the same Zoom app and the same webhook URL. The host is resolved from the payload (account_id first, then host_email / operator as a fallback).

Auth: verifies the Zoom signature against config.ZOOM_OAUTH_SECRET_TOKEN.
